Pizza people and sushi people can share a table. That’s been the whole shop: one lease, one crew, one menu, on Kennett Pike.

Anyone can put both on a sign. Doing both right, every shift, is the hard part.

The dough takes three days. Rice that doesn’t meet the standard doesn’t see the light of day. There’s no fryer in the sushi. The bar is the same on a slow Tuesday and a loud Friday.
